My obsession with all things beauty started young. I loved going through my mom's make up and putting it on. Turns out blue eye shadow and bright pink lipstick isn't made to look good on everyone, but my mother wears it well.
Once I see my paycheck post, I log-in to Sephora.com and buy something I don't need but will inevitably fall in love with in some way, even though buying it consistently will make me broke. There is so much great stuff out there, and some not so great stuff. So come here to see what I spend all my dough on! I'm here to try it, tell you about it, and probably end up breaking out in the process. But hey, at least you don't have to! I'll take one for the team.
A brand I currently can't stop buying is Drunk Elephant. Tiffany Masterson started the company in 2012, and their thing is Non-toxic Skin Care. What's not to love about that? Some of the products come with a hefty price tag, but I promise it's worth it.
Like most people, winter has done a number on me and I really needed to refresh and get glowing. As a VIB Rouge member I get lots of free samples, and Sukari Baby Facial was one of them. I LOVED this stuff from the first time I used it. Had to have the full size and it even comes with a sample size of Virgin Marula Luxury Facial Oil which is DOPE. Our girl Tiff swears by this stuff. I've used this 2x per week and it has made my skin super smooth and hydrated. It is a little pricey at $80 but with the recommended amount of use, you're getting your money's worth. Plus, this packaging. DEAD. How can you not want to stack your beauty counter with these little guys?
Start with a clean face, do not tone or moisturize before applying this mask. This is a little thinner than most masks, I would say that a nickel sized about is good. Apply evenly on your face. Warning: this does have crystals that sting a little, but that's normal! Leave on for 20 minutes, rinse with warm water and pat dry. Immediately load up on your Virgin Marula Luxury Facial Oil. You'll be amazed by how smooth your skin feels!
With any product, I recommend reading the reviews before you purchase. I have super sensitive skin and this product works well for me, however some do not. Don't just read the first you see either, information gather before you invest.
Overall this product gets an A+ from me, hope you enjoy it, too!
